We have an exciting role of Data Fact Check- Senior Analyst, where you will apply advanced expertise in validating and QC of scientific references across complex promotional materials and campaigns. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and credibility of claims, working closely with global brand teams to deliver scientifically sound and compliant content. Your attention to detail and deep knowledge of medical databases and brand guidelines will help maintain the highest standards of factual integrity in promotional materials.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Validation of references and claims in promotional materials, overseeing QC and consistency across multiple content pieces.
• Manage proofreading and fact verification workflows, addressing discrepancies and escalating issues when necessary.
• Use advanced searches across PubMed, grant databases, regulatory filings, and other scientific sources to authenticate claims.
• Ensure strict adherence to multiple brand and medical compliance guidelines (e.g., FDA, internal brand standards).
• Contribute to the development and training of best practices, templates, and checklists to support junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to guide factual accuracy and integrity.
