The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle IT recruitment for the US market, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver top-tier IT talent across various technologies and domains. Key Responsibilities :

• Source and identify qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients / hiring teams.
• Negotiate compensation and close offers.
• Ensure timely candidate updates and maintain ATS records.
