About the role :

We are seeking a proactive & energetic Hiring Manager with only 2-3 years of experience to take up recruitment responsibilities, manage employee data, support office administration & contribute to a positive and engaging work environment through creative initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Identify staffing needs & manage recruitment, aligning with travel industry standards and company goals
• Coordinate with department heads to interview candidates and further the selection process
• Manage employee data, attendance & activity requirements
• Creatively utilize recruitment platforms, social media & other plans to onboard quality candidates & ensure employee engagement
