Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, formulating and implementing HR policies, and maintaining positive employee relations. The role also involves streamlining human resource processes to align with organizational goals and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle sensitive matters with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the exhibitions and convention industry is advantageous
