About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage and support the organisation’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures smooth functioning of all hardware, software, networks, security systems, and user support across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation, configuration and maintenance of laptops, desktops, printers, network devices and other IT equipment.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding : email creation, access provisioning, laptop setup, and revoking access.
- Monitor and maintain the company’s LAN / WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls and network security.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues for employees (hardware, software, connectivity, access, system errors).
- Oversee IT asset inventory : tagging, tracking, AMC management and vendor coordination.
- Ensure timely updates, patches, antivirus, backups and system hygiene across devices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system repairs, licenses, IT procurement and maintenance.
- Maintain and update user permissions across tools, apps, servers and shared drives.
- Ensure data security protocols, access control, and IT compliance guidelines are followed.
- Support office infrastructure – CCTV, biometric systems, routers, access points and servers.
- Document IT processes, SOPs, issue logs and resolution timelines.
Requirements
Graduate with 3–6 years of experience in IT support, network administration or system maintenance.Strong understanding of Windows / Mac OS, networking basics, backup systems and security tools.Hands-on experience with email setups (Google Workspace / O365), admin consoles, VPN and firewalls.Ability to multitask, troubleshoot under pressure and provide quick user support.Good communication, documentation skills and a proactive approach.Good to Have
Experience with cloud tools, SaaS applications, CRM access control or IT policies.Certifications like CCNA, MCP, A+, or related credentials.
