Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Recruiter
who can independently handle
end-to-end hiring for non-technical roles
such as
Sales, Marketing, and Operations . The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist
candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Collaborate with
hiring managers and cross-functional teams
to understand hiring requirements and define role expectations.
Ensure
timely closures
and deliver quality talent within agreed SLAs.
Candidate Engagement :
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a smooth and positive interview experience.
Coordinate
interview scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Drive
campus hiring initiatives
and fresher recruitment drives when required.
Maintain
recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring analytics.
Should be a
strong individual contributor
and a great team player.
Desired Candidate Profile
2–5 years
of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in fast-paced industries like
EdTech or Startups .
Proven experience in hiring for
Sales, Marketing, and Operations
roles.
Exposure to
campus hiring
and volume hiring preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
