About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workday Absence, Time Tracking, & Business Process Consultant to join our global HR Technology team. In this role, you will support a wide range of HR technology initiatives, with a strong focus on Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Business Process configuration.

This position plays a key role in ongoing projects to global transition from manual absence tracking to full Workday integration, as well as improve business process logic across the platform. You'll partner with HR teams, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Workday support to gather requirements, implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and drive long-term system improvements.
