Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist who can build predictable pipelines through cold email outreach, marketing campaigns, and lead nurturing systems.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience generating leads for IT services or digital agencies and is excellent at campaign execution, sequencing, targeting, list building, and funnel tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Execute cold email outreach campaigns end-to-end
- Build targeting lists and ICP-based lead databases
- Create and optimise multi-step email sequences for conversions
- Manage outreach tools and inboxes to ensure high delivery & reply rates
Marketing & Growth Activities
Run Meta Ads and other paid campaigns for lead generationLead nurturing through email automation and retargeting funnelsResearch industries, ICPs, and competitors to improve targetingSupport the creation of landing pages, lead magnets, and cold assetsCRM & Reporting
Maintain CRM hygiene and lead movement stagesTrack campaign metrics - delivery, open, reply, booked calls, conversionShare weekly dashboards with clear outcomes and learningsRequirements
3 to 6 years of experience in Lead Generation / B2B GrowthMandatory experience working with IT Services / Digital Agency / SaaSStrong knowledge of cold email tools, sequencing, and deliverabilityExperience with outreach and database building toolsComfortable running Meta Ads or similar paid campaignsProficient with CRM platforms and marketing automation toolsBasic understanding of sales funnels and appointment-setting metricsExperience with Upwork or bidding platformsDesired Attributes
