SAP BTP SAC ConsultantRequirement : SAP Analytics / TechnologyLocation : Pune / NagpurExperience Level : 3-5 YrsRole OverviewThe SAP BTP SAC Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced analytics and reporting solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) within the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) ecosystem. This role combines deep analytical expertise with technical knowledge of SAP systems to deliver real-time dashboards, data visualizations, and planning models that drive business insights and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Implementation- Design and implement SAC dashboards, reports, and planning models tailored to business needs.- Integrate SAC with SAP S / 4HANA, SAP BW / 4HANA, and BTP data services.- Develop interactive visualizations, KPIs, and predictive insights using SAC capabilities.- Configure data connections, security models, and user roles within SAC.Data Modeling & Integration- Build and manage data models using SAC Modeler and BTP services (Data Warehouse Cloud, Datasphere).- Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient data pipelines.- Optimize performance and data refresh strategies for live and import connections.- Implement data governance and semantic modeling best practices.Business Planning & Forecasting- Configure SAC Planning models, including versions, hierarchies, and allocations.- Develop input templates, workflows, and calculation logic.- Support integration with SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and BPC.- Enable predictive forecasting using SAC's built-in AI features.Stakeholder Collaboration- Gather reporting and analytics requirements from business users.- Translate business KPIs into SAC metrics and dashboards.- Conduct end-user training and documentation.- Support stakeholders in interpreting and leveraging analytics insights.Required Skills & ExperienceTechnical Skills- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) — Story Design, Planning, Predictive, and Analytics Designer.- Strong understanding of SAP BTP Services, SAP Datasphere, and Data Warehouse Cloud.- Knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA Embedded Analytics and CDS Views.- Familiarity with HANA Modeling, OData Services, and SQL scripting.- Experience integrating SAC with non-SAP data sources (Azure, AWS, SQL databases).- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.Functional Skills- Understanding of key business processes (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, HR).- Ability to map business KPIs to data sources and analytical models.- Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- SAP Certified Associate – SAP Analytics Cloud (preferred).- 3–5 years of experience in SAP Analytics or BI, with at least 2 years in SAC.- Experience in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.Preferred Attributes- Strong analytical and visualization mindset.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple deliverables.- Passion for cloud analytics, data storytelling, and innovation.RegardsVibha
