Senior SAP Customer Experience Consultant

Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Relationship Management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP CRM functional configurations , integration with SAP ECC / S4HANA , and a clear understanding of business processes related to Sales, Service, and Marketing .

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end-to-end CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within SAP CRM.
• Configure and customize SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Web UI, Middleware, etc.).
• Manage CRM master data , partner functions, organizational management, and transaction types.
• Integrate SAP CRM with ECC / S / 4HANA and other systems (e.G., SAP BW, SAP PI / PO, SAP C4C).
• Support the design and development of custom enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in go-live support.
• Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and provide production support.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including ABAP developers, BASIS, and business users.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and conduct end-user training.
