Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Relationship Manager located in Dehradun. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assessing loan eligibility, processing loan applications, and providing doorstep service. The role involves understanding client needs, offering customized home loan solutions, and ensuring fast processing. The Relationship Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in financial services, loan processing, and assessment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in financial analysis and documentation
• Relevant experience in housing finance or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
