Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any) :

• Experience with HCM and UK payroll processes
• Familiar with the UK regulatory and statutory requirement for HCM
• 5-7 years with hands-on in testing Oracle Cloud HCM with experience in Core HCM, Absence, Benefits & Payroll modules
• Good communications skills
• Agile experience
• Expert selenium knowledge to be able to write and run scripts
• Experience working on multiple applications at one time
• Experience as a lead or working independently
• Experience building out regression suites

Experience in test management tools like HP ALM, Jira
