Data and AI Program Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the execution of data-driven initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring data & AI solutions are implemented successfully to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the lifecycle of data & AI projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies for faster project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, data scientists, and product managers to define requirements.
  • Evaluate third-party tools and platforms for project suitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Project Management : Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Databricks, Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Power BI, or Tableau.
