Aveva/Wonderware - MES Consultant

We are seeking an experienced MES Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Aveva (Wonderware) MES, Skelta BPM, Archestra scripting, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying MES objects, creating and managing workflows, ensuring system stability, supporting production environments, and adhering to security and compliance standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy MES objects and configurations using Aveva MES tools.
• Build and manage workflows in Skelta BPM to automate manufacturing operations.
• Develop custom solutions using Archestra scripting and integrate with plant-level systems.
• Manage SQL Server databases and write queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Support ongoing MES operations, including bug fixes, enhancements, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, OT, QA, and Production) for system alignment.
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams as needed.
