Experience Required : 10-15 years in Warehouse / Operations roles, preferably in fashion / e-commerce / D2C businesses

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly organized, data-driven, and process-oriented Warehouse and Operations Manager to take full ownership of warehouse operations. The candidate will be overall responsible for managing the warehouse and its end-to-end operations , including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, space planning, manpower management, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. The goal is to ensure seamless and scalable operations that align with the brand’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Lead and own the daily functioning of the warehouse including inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure all operational activities meet required SLAs, safety standards, and process adherence.
• Implement and continuously improve SOPs for each function across the warehouse.
