You’ll manage the

end-to-end IT recruitment process

— from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding skilled candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for multiple technical roles.

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and referrals.

Conduct screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers.

Track and manage candidate pipelines through the ATS.

Stay updated with the latest IT hiring trends and technologies.

Requirements :

Experience : 1–4 years in IT recruitment (domestic / international).

Education : Any graduate (HR or IT background preferred).

Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
