ay today activities of Plant maintenance program, based on best practices in the manufacturing industry & maintain break down reports, spare part management and maintenance history of plant equipment’s.

CNC, PLC, Hydraulic, Pneumatic & utility Maintenance of the machines.

Monitoring MTTR and MTBF.

Vendor follow for breakdown activity

Detailed analysis of Breakdown Tickets and making the Root cause analysis Report and Making the action plans for preventing the breakdown from occurring.

Working on Industrial automation & power saving projects.

Perform preventive maintenance as per the schedule for the plant and machinery.

Monitor spare parts inventory and consumption and initiates reordering whenever necessary.

Maintains & follow safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures as per organization standards.

Maintain 5S records & TPM activity.

Communicates directly with the production department to coordinate maintenance and repair work in process areas in shift.

Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department.
