Role Overview

Are you a tech enthusiast with a passion for AI and enterprise solutions? We are on the lookout for a skilled and self-driven Mid-Level SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic team in building the future of intelligent workplace solutions. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in hybrid work environments, takes ownership of technical deliverables, and brings hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power BI, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-enhanced SharePoint solutions for enterprise process automation
  • Implement custom workflows, web parts, and intelligent integrations using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, and REST APIs
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, AI-driven solutions
  • Optimize performance, security, and discoverability across SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 assets with AI-powered insights
  • Support Azure-hosted web applications and DevOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring of intelligent solutions
  • Contribute to technical documentation and reusable architecture diagrams for AI-integrated platforms
  • Learn AI technologies and integrate machine learning capabilities into SharePoint solutions
  • Explore and implement AI-powered document processing, intelligent search, and automated content classification

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 services, including Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive
  • Solid understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.) with interest in learning AI services like Azure Cognitive Services
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and data modelling (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, Git repositories, and CI / CD workflows
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a hybrid setup
  • Eagerness to learn AI concepts and integrate intelligent features into enterprise solutions
