Kore.ai Developer - Python / NLP

Role Overview :

Join Pronix Inc. as an Experienced Kore.AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven conversational solutions. Youll work with Conversational AI, AI Automation, omnichannel integrations, enterprise system connectivity, and build intelligent AI-powered assistants for global clients.

What Youll Do :

• Design & deploy intelligent virtual assistants using Kore.AI
• Build AI chatbots, agents, and automation flows with NLP, LLM & prompt engineering
• Create AI solutions for contact centers, agent assistance, and enterprise workflows
• Develop and integrate REST APIs & full stack components (Python, JavaScript, React)
• Implement omnichannel experiences across multiple platforms
• Leverage AWS, Azure, and enterprise APIs for secure, scalable integration

Must-Have Skills :

2 to 8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 1+ year on the Kore.AI platform (XO v11+)
