Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager / Consultant who can act as a catalyst for organizational change by driving process improvements, adopting new technologies, and rethinking traditional business models. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership to help global businesses transition into a digitally enabled future.

Open to travel to South Africa. Short to long term.

Key Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and Business : Serve as a trusted consultant to analyze business challenges beyond technology and provide strategic solutions.
• Develop Digital Roadmaps : Define the “Vision and Strategy” leading to a global value-generation roadmap.
• Collaborate and Co-Create : Work with functional teams, technology experts, and sector specialists to design tailored digital solutions.
• Process & Requirement Mapping : Build end-to-end process maps, data flow diagrams, and documentation. Lead requirement-gathering sessions, Fit / Gap analyses, testing, and deployments.
• Technology Integration : Oversee implementation of new tools, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
• Customer Experience Focus : Enhance user experience through adoption of digital tools and practices.
• Leverage Ecosystem : Utilize tools, processes, and accelerators (e.g., Salesforce) by actively engaging with broader digital ecosystems.
• Change Enablement : Drive training, coaching, and internal capability-building for digital transformation initiatives.
