Full Drive Partner-Sourced Revenue : Own and exceed a partner-sourced sales quota, spearheading pipeline generation and accelerating deal cycles with strategic cloud partners like Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Build and Execute Joint GTM Strategies : Develop and deepen relationships with key partner field teams to co-create and execute joint go-to-market plans, ensuring we are the preferred partner for modern data and AI solutions.
- Leverage Partner Ecosystem : Secure and maximize partner funding (MDF, co-op, incentives) to fuel co-selling and marketing initiatives.
- Strategically navigate partner funding programs to accelerate delivery and pipeline growth.
- Develop and Launch Joint Offerings : Collaborate with GTM and delivery teams to develop and launch campaign-ready partner offerings and solution accelerators aligned with strategic use cases like GenAI and data migrations.
- Elevate Partner Status : Manage partner competency requirements and certifications to advance our partnership tiering and standing across the GCP, Snowflake, and Databricks ecosystems.
- Lead and Close Opportunities : Manage and close partner-sourced opportunities in close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams, ensuring repeatable wins and measurable value delivery.
- Champion Our Brand : Act as a key brand evangelist and trusted advisor within the partner ecosystem, enabling partner field teams to position us as the premier choice for data platform implementations.
- Report and Forecast : Provide accurate forecasts and comprehensive reports on partner pipeline, influenced and sourced revenue, and overall partner sales contribution.
- Position Dataplatrs consulting capabilities across business strategy, technology delivery, experience design, data and AI, and organizational effectiveness.
- Understand the needs, roadmaps, and challenges facing enterprise software companies and co-develop solutions with Dataplatr teams to address them.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client priorities and grounded in measurable outcomes.
- Represent Dataplatr in the broader software and tech ecosystem through events, thought leadership, and professional relationship development.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data through disciplined CRM use and opportunity Experienced Leader : A senior sales and alliances leader with 15+ years of experience in the cloud, data, and GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks is strongly preferred.
- Proven Rainmaker : A demonstrated track record of consistently hitting or exceeding partner-sourced sales targets.
- Strategic Go-to-Market Expertise : Extensive experience developing partner programs, securing partner funding, and executing successful joint GTM motions with major cloud providers.
- Executive Presence : A skilled relationship builder with the executive presence to influence C-level partners and inspire internal teams.
- Growth Mindset : A self-starter with the hunger to build and scale a modern, high-growth partner sales engine.
- Collaborative Communicator : An excellent communicator and collaborator who can tell a compelling brand story and navigate multiple partners and time zones.
- Education and Availability : Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

- Proven success selling consulting or professional services into enterprise software, SaaS, or technology platform companies.
