Must Have :

• Hands-on experience administering Snowflake, MicroStrategy SaaS, Qlik, Looker, or Semarchy.
• Strong expertise with AWS services relevant to BI platforms (RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC).
• Proficiency in observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus) for monitoring and alerting.
• Proven track record of incident response and root cause analysis for high-severity platform incidents.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and BI / reporting teams.
