About the Role

We are looking for a driven

Front Line Medical Sales Manager

to lead Ruokamill’s expansion across

Delhi NCR

  • . This high-impact role focuses on achieving sales targets, driving product prescriptions, and strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals to establish Ruokamill as a trusted name in advanced nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

territory-specific sales strategies

to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Build and nurture strong relationships with

healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders

Engage HCPs in detailed

scientific discussions

and offer nutrition-based patient solutions.

Organize and support

clinical education programs

and training workshops.

Analyze market dynamics, identify

growth opportunities

, and report actionable insights.

Collaborate with

distribution and channel partners

to ensure seamless supply and execution.

Drive

new account acquisition

and expand market presence in key hospital and clinic setups.

Key Results & Performance Indicators

Achievement of sales, market share, and growth targets.

Consistent engagement with influential healthcare professionals.

New hospital and institutional account openings.

Execution of minimum required clinical education sessions per quarter.

Accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM documentation.

Full compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in

medical or healthcare sales

(nutrition, pharma, or hospital accounts preferred).

Demonstrated ability to independently manage

KOL relationships

and drive results.

Strong analytical, communication, and territory management skills.

Excellent Communication Skills

Preferred Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Life Sciences

1–2 years of field experience in

nutrition or healthcare product sales

Experience launching

new products or territories

is an advantage.

Exceptional candidates from adjacent healthcare domains will also be considered.
