Responsibilities and Requirement :

Web Hosting Support - System Admin

cPanel / WHM Control Panel (Linux) - front end and related SSH commands

Parallels Plesk Panel (Windows) - front end and related command prompt commands

Linux Server Administration through SSH

Windows Remote Desktop Server Management

IIS, Apache, PHP, MySQL

Server management, monitoring, troubleshooting

Managing and configuring DNS

Knowledge of using Office Suites

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email protocols

Direct Customer Support

Willingness to work any hours

Motivated self-learner
