General Manager – Projects (Hospitality & Co-Living)

Location : South Delhi (with frequent travel to project sites Pan-India)

Department : Projects & Execution

Reporting To : CEO / Founder

About the Role

UniLiv is redefining how India lives — blending hospitality design, operational excellence, and community-driven living.

We’re looking for a General Manager – Projects who can translate this vision into beautifully executed spaces across India.

This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on project expert who thrives on speed, precision, and impact. You’ll be responsible for delivering UniLiv’s premium co-living and hospitality projects from blueprint to handover, ensuring they meet our brand’s quality, timelines, and innovation benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution — from site mobilization to final handover across UniLiv’s new developments.
  • Oversee civil, interiors, MEP, and F&B fit-outs with strict adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
  • Build and manage a high-performance vendor and contractor ecosystem for cost-optimized delivery.
  • Conduct regular site audits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with brand SOPs.
  • Prepare and monitor detailed project budgets, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and leadership to balance design aesthetics with on-ground feasibility.
  • Standardize execution practices and implement scalable project templates for multi-city rollout.
  • Support property acquisitions by assessing site conditions, structural feasibility, and fit-out potential.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in hospitality, co-living, or residential project execution.
  • Strong record of delivering multi-property portfolios on time and within budget.
  • Robust network of contractors, vendors, and suppliers in the hospitality / real estate space.
  • Deep knowledge of cost control, timeline management, and quality assurance systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across project locations.
