Legal Counsel

Role Overview

The Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing all legal, compliance, and due diligence matters across the organization.

This includes employee issues, corporate documentation, contracts, gym owner agreements, franchise policies, labor laws, disputes, and risk mitigation .

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded legal professional who can work closely with leadership, HR, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Legal Matters

• Handle employee-related legal issues including misconduct cases, terminations, absconding, disputes, and notices .
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF / ESI norms, POSH guidelines, employment contracts, offer letters, NDAs .
• Draft and manage HR policies and ensure legal alignment.
