Role Overview

We are looking for a

hands-on Operations Manager

who can manage end-to-end manpower operations, ensure seamless deployments, and get work done through teams effectively.

The ideal candidate will be strong in coordination, client communication, and on-ground execution — especially in managing

forklift operators, drivers, and other blue-collar staff .

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

end-to-end site operations

— from manpower planning and deployment to daily issue resolution.

Supervise and guide field coordinators / site supervisors to ensure timely attendance, shift coverage, and client satisfaction.
