About the roleThe IT&D Product Manager - core HR & T&A is part of the IT&D Transformation team, a team responsible for the Design, Delivery and sustenance of IT&D solutions in HR function. This role will be responsible for all applications supporting employee Joiner, Leaver, Transfer process, organization structure, absence and Time & attendance The role is responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programme and continuous improvement initiatives related to SuccessFactors and other applications within Reckitt.Your responsibilitiesLead the team to effectively delivery and maintain the IT application in accordance with business needsSupport the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forwardGovern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within ReckittIdentifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscapeWhere required, work with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with Reckitt practicesLead design workshops to gather requirements, fit / gap analysis, functional specifications and designThe experience we're looking for12 + years of experience in managing and implementing HR / Rewards solutionsExperience working with internal and external applications environment
