Role & responsibilities
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Carry out maintenance operations for existing and new stores for specific items as assigned.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules for all retail locations, ensuring timely and efficient repairs and upkeep. (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, Acs, Security systems)
- Review AMCs for preventive maintenance across the stores pan India. Negotiate best rate contracts and TATs with the agencies.
- Review open tickets on maintenance and ensure timely closure.
- New Store Handover
- Visit stores during handover, ensure all the items are as per the punch list.
- Identify snags by creating punch list, documentation, drawings etc. and highlight issues to the Fit-out team
- Airport Stores
- Ensure that entry passes are created timely including biometric passes and renewal of passes as and when required.
- MIS & Reporting
- Maintain trackers store wise and regularly update status of progress
- Regular reconciliation and communication with the Accounts team and follow up for vendor payments
- Process Efficiency and Automation
- Timely renewal of all the agreements on the parameters of timelines, costing and quality.
- People Management
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure repair and maintenance work is carried out smoothly.
