Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter located in Kochi, Kerala. The Senior Recruiter will oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role requires managing a diverse portfolio of positions across various industries and collaborating with team members to maintain a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Experience in recruitment strategy development and client management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance in recruitment
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with recruitment software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in global recruitment or manpower consultancy is a plus
