Job descriptionAssist in preparing quarterly earnings presentations, annual reports, and earnings call materials. Coordinate communications related to AGMs and Board Meetings, including newspaper notices. Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Investor Relations section of the company website. Analyse financial reports, industry trends, and competitor data to support strategic decision-making. Create briefing documents, FAQs, and presentations for senior leadership. Support relationship-building with analysts, institutional investors, and key stakeholders. Design and deliver internal and external communications for CSR and ESG initiatives. Support community engagement efforts and actively participate in CSR programs. Compile ESG data and manage sustainability communications and reporting processes. Support internal communication campaigns through digital and creative content. Manage the ZIM Laboratories Limited Website along with its subsidiary websites. Manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines. Write high-quality content for reports, blogs, presentations, and creative campaigns.

Corporate Communications & Branding
- Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies to support the brand's reputation and positioning.
- Draft engaging newsletters, employee communications, corporate announcements, and leadership messages.
- Manage media relations, draft press releases, and coordinate PR efforts to ensure positive media coverage.
- Create content for websites, social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing materials with a strong focus on brand consistency.
- Maintain and enhance the company's digital presence across all platforms.
- Collaborate on the development and design of quarterly employee magazines – ZIM Connect.
