Job descriptionIdentify and acquire new corporate clients for Current Accounts, Trade, and Forex business.Drive acquisition of high-value Current Account customers through sales and referrals.Generate revenue through FX, Trade Finance, Treasury, and other transaction banking products.Work closely with product and credit teams to structure solutions tailored to client requirements.Manage and grow existing client relationships ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Conduct regular client visits to review business needs, account performance, and identify cross-sell opportunities.Ensure wallet share enhancement through sale of CMS, POS, Payment Gateway, Treasury, and Lending products.Serve as a single point of contact for client servicing and issue resolution.Achieve assigned business volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for Current Account and TFX business.Monitor account activity to ensure compliance, profitability, and adherence to KYC / AML norms.Regularly review portfolio for credit health and transaction behavior.Ensure activation and utilization of trade and forex limits.Partner with internal stakeholders – Trade, Treasury, CMS, Credit, and Lending teams – for product delivery and deal closures.Cross-sell term loans, working capital, insurance, and investment products.Drive digital channel adoption among clients (Net Banking, CMS, APIs, etc.).Ensure all documentation, onboarding, and transactions comply with bank policies and RBI regulations.Monitor customer activities to identify any red flags related to compliance or operational risk.
