Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in membrane technologies, water chemicals, and elevator solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in membranes, water chemicals, and elevator solutions .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 4–8 years of proven experience in business development / sales within membrane, water chemical, or elevator industry .
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific products, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build networks and foster long-term relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
