Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent, located in Chandigarh, India. The Travel Agent will be responsible for making travel arrangements, handling reservations, providing customer service, managing car rentals, and driving sales. The agent will interact with clients to plan and facilitate their travel requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Skills in Reservations and Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Customer Service abilities
• Experience with Car Rentals
• Strong Sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Proficiency in travel booking software and tools
