ServiceNow Architect

We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Dubai. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months. We seek a passionate ServiceNow professional who can lead platform enhancements and align ServiceNow with IT service management and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery).
• ServiceNow Service Portal : Custom widget development, UI policies and portal configuration.
• IT Service Management (ITSM) : Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Knowledge Management modules.
• Integrations : REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations and third-party tool integrations.
• IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM) : CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
• Experience in ITOM module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
