We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales in the
HoReCa channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers / Cafes)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients (hotels, restaurants, QSRs, caterers, canteens, cafes).
Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and decision-makers in HoReCa accounts.
Drive sales growth by promoting the product portfolio and ensuring regular order flow.
Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to develop winning strategies.
Ensure distributor alignment for smooth supply chain and service to HoReCa clients.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct product demos, sampling, and chef engagement activities to drive adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of the HoReCa industry and existing network is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to achieve targets independently.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle objections tactfully.
Good understanding of pricing, margins, and B2B sales dynamics.
