Job Title : Senior Power Curve Collections (PCC) Developer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Curve Collections (PCC) Developer with strong expertise in Experian Power Curve Collections v2.x or higher . The ideal candidate will be proficient in configuring, customizing, and optimizing PCC workflows, user interfaces, and integrations. This role requires deep technical hands-on experience with PCC Studio, Page Designer, PCC IDE , and API-based integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize Experian Power Curve Collections (v3.x) for complex business requirements.
- Develop and orchestrate collection workflows, strategies, treatment paths , and decisioning logic using PCC Studio .
- Customize UI screens and implement client-side logic using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS in Page Designer .
- Build and manage RESTful API integrations with CRM, Core Banking, Payment Gateways, DWH, and other enterprise systems.
- Utilize PCC IDE for advanced customization, debugging, and version-controlled deployments .
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL / PL-SQL (Oracle) for data extraction, validation, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with architects, business SMEs, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support system upgrades, strategy changes, migrations , and environment promotions.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and non-production issues.
- Contribute to CI / CD automation pipelines using Jenkins, Git , and related tools.
Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Experian Power Curve Collections (v2.x / v3.x) .Strong working knowledge of Studio, Page Designer, Connectivity, and IDE .Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for UI extensions and front-end validations.Hands-on experience with REST APIs , JSON , and Oracle PL / SQL .Understanding of collections strategy design , case management , and workflow optimization.Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power Curve Originations or other Experian Power Curve modules.Background in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services (Collections domain preferred).Exposure to Linux , JBoss / WebLogic , Jenkins , GitLab CI / CD , or Ansible .Knowledge of ETL / data pipelines and PCC upgrade lifecycle .
