Job descriptionDevelop a good understanding of real estate private equity funds’ operations, quarterly reporting deliverables, financial systems / applications and the reporting source data. Prepare and review customized Investor reporting templates for all Real Estate funds, ensuring accuracy and quality Prepare Quarterly Investor Reports and Performance Summaries. Provide Audit confirmation to auditors and handling auditor inquiries Perform Management Fee calculations / Investor memo. Create and review Salesforce tickets for tracking investor requests. Perform IRR and Time Weighted Return and Leverage Ratio calculation for Real Estate funds. Handling LP Mailbox and investor queries on daily basis Onboarding Investors to a fund or Investment platform and manage / update salesforce for onboarding Handing ad-hoc requests.
