Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Early Childhood Educator. The Early Childhood Educator will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate educational activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and nurturing the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues and parents, maintaining classroom organization, and engaging in creative activities to encourage active learning.

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to connect effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Expertise in Early Childhood Development and Working with Children to create age-appropriate educational programs
• Creativity Skills for designing interactive and engaging learning activities
• Excellent Organization Skills to manage classroom resources and maintain structured learning environments
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
• Experience or knowledge of child safety practices and protocols
