The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Qualifications :

• Develop and implement TikTok outreach strategies to identify, engage, and build strong relationships with TikTok creators relevant to our brand and campaigns.
• Conduct detailed research to shortlist influencers whose audience demographic, niche, and engagement align with our brand’s target market.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, content, performance, and branding to align influencer activities with overall campaign objectives.
• Track and monitor key performance metrics, including engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain an updated database of TikTok influencers, outreach status, campaign performance, and relationship history.
• Identify emerging creators, trends, and TikTok algorithm shifts to keep the influencer strategy relevant and competitive.
• Manage ongoing relationships with influencers, agencies, and third-party platforms to maximize brand visibility and social commerce impact.
• Stay updated on best practices in influencer marketing, TikTok trends, music usage policies, and platform guidelines to ensure compliance.
