Data Analyst — Flexi Pitches

Location :  Bengaluru | Hybrid

Experience :  2–4 years

About the Role

We’re looking for a  Data Analyst  who can turn numbers into narratives.

You’ll work across Demo Nights, Awards, and leadership events — using data to improve targeting, measure engagement, and guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze engagement and event data.
  • Create dashboards and insights reports for business teams.
  • Identify trends across leader participation, sponsorships, and audience behavior.
  • Collaborate with product and strategy teams to define success metrics.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills.
  • Curiosity to explore patterns and simplify complex data.
  • Background in analytics, economics, or engineering preferred.
