Placement Officer

Responsibilities :

Strategic Partnership Development :

• Proactively reach out to HR representatives from top-tier companies to establish corporate tie-ups for Naresh IT student placements.
• Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial placement agreements with corporate partners.

Placement Drive Management :

• Organize and manage end-to-end corporate recruitment cycles, including scheduling drives, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
• Effectively communicate placement opportunities to students and prepare them for success in interviews.

Relationship Building :

• Foster strong relationships with corporate HR personnel to build long-term partnerships and secure future placement opportunities for Naresh IT students.
• Maintain positive communication with students throughout the placement process, addressing their concerns and providing guidance.

Data Management :

• Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement opportunities, and recruitment activities.
• Analyze placement data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
