Position : Head – Sales - SWCNT-Based Static / ESD Concentrate Solutions

NoPo Nanotechnologies one of the few deep tech companies globally that leads the research and development in the nanotubes space. The company manufactures and sells high-quality single walled carbon nanotubes using proprietary methods known as HiPCO. These nanotubes are used in a variety of applications, including energy storage (Li-ion, Na-ion batteries, etc.), space, defense, and electronics. No Po is currently scaling up production to meet the customer demands.
Position Overview
We are launching conductive additive product line for electrostatic discharge for elastomer and plastic industries. 0.1wt% of NoPo SWCNT can provide electrical resistance of Ohm / square. This makes SWCNT a perfect replacement for carbon black for applications areas like transparent film / conductive packaging / films / coating / molded parts / elastomers and others. We are seeking an experienced Sales Head for market creation and to drive revenue growth for our Single-Wall Carbon Nanotube (SWCNT) based permanent anti-static and ESD concentrate solutions. The successful candidate will lead global sales efforts targeting polymer, paint, epoxy, master batch and other industries, focusing on technical sales and relationship management with B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for SWCNT-based ESD concentrate products across target industries
- Identify and penetrate new market segments within polymer compounding, paint manufacturing, epoxy systems, and masterbatch production
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified prospects and opportunities
- Achieve annual revenue targets and growth objectives for the product line.
Technical Sales & Customer Engagement
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to engineering teams, R&D departments, and procurement managersCollaborate with customers' technical teams to understand specific ESD requirements and formulation needsProvide technical guidance on product integration, dosing levels, and performance optimizationSupport customer trials and validation testing programsMarket Development
Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging applications for conductive additivesDevelop market intelligence on pricing, customer requirements, and competitive positioningIdentify new application areas and market opportunities for SWCNT-based solutionsParticipate in industry trade shows, conferences, and technical seminarsRelationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers including formulators, technical managers, and purchasing directorsManage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and account growthCoordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, technical service, and supply chainProvide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and competitive intelligenceTeam Leadership (if applicable)

Education & Experience
Bachelor's / Masters degree in chemical engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical field10- 12 years of B2B Technical Sales experience in specialty chemicals, additives, or advanced materialsProven track record in polymer, paint, coatings, or composite materials industriesExperience selling conductive additives, carbon-based materials, or ESD solutions preferredTechnical Knowledge
Strong understanding of polymer science, formulation chemistry, and materials processingKnowledge of ESD / static dissipative requirements and testing standardsFamiliarity with conductive additive / ESDUnderstanding of master batch production and polymer compounding processesSales Skills
