Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and assemble pressure systems including tubing, valves, regulators, gauges, and test rigs.Perform mechanical layout, 3D modelling, and drafting using SolidWorks for fabrication and assembly drawings.Conduct pressure system integration and testing, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Handle mechanical and mechatronic subsystems, including actuators, sensors, and instrumentation interfaces.Install, configure, and calibrate pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, mass flow meters, etc.Work with data acquisition systems (NI DAQ, Arduino / Python / LabVIEW based systems).Execute mechanical measurements and dimensional inspection using standard metrology tools.Support assembly, testing, and troubleshooting during prototype development and final qualification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated project delivery.Required Skills and Competencies
Experience with pressure system design and assembly.Strong command of SolidWorks (3D modeling, assembly, and drafting).Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and control systems.Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and instrumentation.Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering (Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also be considered).
Preferred / Desirable Skills
Knowledge of ASME B31.3, BPVC Section VIII, or equivalent standards.Understanding of fluid dynamics and thermal systems.Experience in prototyping of pneumatic or hydraulic systems.Soft Skills
