About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of our cutting-edge SaaS products. As a key individual contributor, you will tackle complex technical challenges and help shape the future of our platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies and collaborate with a talented global team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end product development : design, build, optimize, and scale new features.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, design sessions, and code reviews.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of applications.
  • Deploy, monitor, and manage solutions on AWS and / or Azure.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
  • Proficiency in Node.js and experience building RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on expertise in MongoDB and PostgreSQL , including schema design and query optimization.
  • Experience working with AWS and / or Azure cloud services (compute, storage, databases, networking).
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI-powered developer tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React or Angular .
  • Knowledge of AI / ML-driven systems and their integration into software solutions.
