Role Description

The person in this position will manage system and network administration tasks, provide technical support, and resolve technical issues through troubleshooting. The role will involve maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, monitoring performance, and collaborating with teams to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in System Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Proficiency in Network Administration, with a focus on secure and efficient network setup and management
• Strong capabilities in providing hands-on Technical Support and resolving user-related IT issues
• Skills in Troubleshooting to diagnose and address hardware, software, and connectivity issues effectively
• Robust knowledge of Information Technology concepts, tools, and infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MCP) considered an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
