ABOUT HOT PRINT CO & WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
Hot Print Co is a lean, profitable U.S. custom-apparel company doing ~$1.2M / year. We’ve validated our model across multiple segments such as colleges, churches, summer camps, construction companies, and various SMBs. When we engage the right accounts, we win. The only thing we lack is a repeatable outbound engine for high value accounts.
We’re at an inflection point. Our fulfillment and operations can already support 2–3x our current volume. Outbound is the bottleneck. This role exists to remove that bottleneck, build the outbound engine that unlocks $10M+ in revenue, and architect the revenue organization that will scale far beyond that.
This is not maintenance work. You will build the system that powers our next decade.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
This role is responsible for building the revenue engine from the ground up.
You will :

HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
DAY 1 — You’re fully onboarded, equipped with tools, data, messaging examples, and founder support.
BY DAY 30 — You have a live pipeline, segmented leads, active messaging, and daily multi-channel touches. Early signals (reply rates, objections, quote rates) are tracked and understood.
BY DAY 60 — You have several real opportunities in pipeline, and data proves your system reliably generates warm leads. Hiring for your first pod is underway, with founder support.
BY DAY 90 — You have warm leads, early wins, a working playbook, and your first pod hired and ramping.
BY MONTH 6 — Your initial 1-2 pods has removed weak performers and stabilized into a strong team generating predictable activity, replies, quotes, and wins.
BY MONTH 12 — You are leading two to five fully ramped pods producing thousands of touches per month and on pace for six figure first year GP per rep. New reps ramp in under 30 days.

REQUIRMENTS & NON-NEGOTIABLES
5+ years in outbound, SDR leadership, or direct revenue roles.
Have built or rebuilt at least one outbound system from scratch.
Comfortable managing remote SDRs (We hire globally, but most of our team is in the Philippines.)
Strong written and spoken English; confident with U.S. SMB owners.
Deep fluency in outbound math : volume, reply %, quote %, GP per rep.
Player-coach DNA : willing to execute and lead.

Your base is intentionally modest because the upside is enormous. You don’t start each year at zero like a traditional AE. Your OTE should grow every single year. A mature org with 30–50 reps puts you into multi-six-figure territory with no ceiling.
