Our Expansion Team plays a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, evaluating acquisitions, and supporting the establishment of new schools.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated M&A Analyst to join our Expansion Team. The role will involve financial and strategic analysis for new school acquisitions and greenfield projects. This is a high-impact position, ideal for someone passionate about applying their financial expertise in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential school acquisition opportunities and greenfield expansion projects.
  • Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for target institutions and new ventures.
  • Perform market and demographic research to assess location attractiveness and business viability.
  • Support due diligence processes (financial, legal, operational) in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, and business cases for senior leadership approval.
  • Track and analyze industry trends, competitor moves, and real estate opportunities in the K–12 sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, academics) to ensure smooth execution of expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA in Finance (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, transaction advisory, or M&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuations, and feasibility studies.
  • Knowledge of education, real estate, or consumer sectors (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
