Roles and Responsibilities :

As a Data Scientist, you will take a hands-on role building our cutting-edge shipping intelligence platform.
Using the latest ML, deep learning, and AI techniques, you will research and deploy sophisticated models to solve tangible problems like optimizing logistics.
You will partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to get these data-driven solutions into production, directly enabling a delightful and efficient shipping experience for millions of users.

What We're Looking For :

3+Years experience in analytics, data science role

Strong Data & Analytics Skills

Proficiency in SQL & Python for data wrangling, analytics, and automation

Experience in building and operating Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model solutions in large production scale environments

Strong Communication - Ability to turn complex findings into actionable recommendations for Product, AI, and Engineering teams

AI / LLM Experience - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for AI-powered insights (Preferred)

Model Evaluation Know-How - Ability to define metrics and evaluation frameworks for assessing ML-driven taxonomy and classification models
