Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Design Manager. The Graphic Design Manager will be responsible for overseeing graphic design projects, creating visuals for branding, developing packaging designs, and implementing visual communication strategies. The Manager will also lead the graphic design team, ensuring that all design work aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage two Graphic Designers (onshore & offshore).
  • Review and guide creative work, ensuring brand consistency and innovation.
  • Oversee end-to-end design process, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Establish best practices in workflows, file management, and design standards.
  • Allocate resources effectively and report regularly on progress.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership abilities.
  • Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
